obavijestiti vas o našoj politici.

Kada dogovorite termin, rezerviramo to vrijeme za vas; bez odgovarajuće obavijesti, završili smo tako što smo odbili drugu klijentelu. Kada klijenti nisu u mogućnosti doći na svoj zakazani termin, nismo u mogućnosti pružiti najbolju uslugu našim klijentima koji čekaju.

Rezervirajte pažljivo.Nepojavljivanja iotkazivanja u zadnji tren znači da drugi klijenti ne mogu rezervirati taj termin i gubi vrijeme i stručnost našeg visoko obučenog stručnjaka.

A 50% deposit may be required to secure all bookings ,specially to the clients who miss their appointments or failed to give us a cancellation notice.

*longer appointments more than 60 minutes or group services may be charge 100%

for customers who have missed 1 or more appointments without notifying the salon (no show) or who are continually unable to adhere to our cancellation policy ,we will required a credit card hold or deposit for future appointments and a cancellation fee may be charged .

Razumijemo da se neke stvari događaju izvan vaše kontrole zbog kojih kasnite na dogovoreni termin. učinit ćemo sve što možemo da vam izađemo u susret.

Međutim, ako trčite više od10 minuta kašnjenja možda ćemo vam morati ponuditi kraću usluguili pomaknite svoj termin kako biste ugostili sve naše goste s potpunim iskustvom usluge. Molimo vas da nas obavijestite što je prije moguće i sigurno da kasnite kako bismo mogli najbolje ugostiti sve.

ako ste više od Kasni 15 minutai prisiljeni smo odgoditi vaš termin.

 ako  uplatite depozit Vaš saldo će vam biti vraćen minus 50 dolara zakasnine.

Appointments reminders

Appointments reminders are available, we offer email and text reminders approximate 24 to 48 hours before your appointment ,

please it’s your responsibility to update your contact information in order we can contact you .

We understand that sometimes bookings need to be changed, so you will be allowed to change your booking as long as you give us 48 hours’ notice. 

Your deposit can either be refunded or held for your next booking.

If it is within 24 hours and you cannot attend your appointment, you may either send a friend or family member to take your slot or forfeit your deposit.

less than 24 hours and same day cancelation deposit its not refundable

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

we will  ask you to provide additional details and documentation so we can confirm and  validate  the  unavoidable circumstances .

please  provide the required documentation within 7 days of making the cancellation or  your cancellation may no longer qualify  credit to the account
